1. Introduction
Welcome to Aperix Online Talent Show
(“Aperix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By submitting a video or any content
to our platform, you agree to the terms
outlined below.
Important Submission Requirements
Before submitting, make sure your performance
video is original and has not been edited.
It should contain no background music,
effects, or artificial enhancements.
We want to see the original you and your
genuine talent.
Your passport-size photo should be clear
and your face should be visible.
Do not wear sunglasses or use objects
that obstruct your face.
2. Eligibility
Participants must ensure that the content
they submit is original and owned by them.
If the participant is under 18, they must
have permission from a parent or legal
guardian before submitting content.
3. Content Submission & Ownership
By submitting your video, you confirm that
you are the rightful owner of the content
or have full permission to use it.
Your submission must not violate any
copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
The content must not contain illegal,
harmful, or inappropriate material.
4. Usage Rights
By submitting your video, you grant Aperix
Online Talent Show a worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual
license to upload your video on our website
and official social media platforms, share
and promote your content, use it for voting
competitions and audience engagement, and
format it for presentation purposes such as
cropping, thumbnails, or compression.
5. Consent to Publication
By participating, you understand and agree
that your video may be made public once
submitted or approved. Aperix may distribute
your content on social media platforms and
partner channels.
6. Participation
You understand that participation is voluntary
and that Aperix Online Talent Show and its
partners are not responsible for how third
parties may use content after it has been
publicly distributed.
7. Voting & Fair Use
Voting results are based on the competition
system provided by Aperix, including public
votes, judges, or a combination of both.
Aperix reserves the right to remove suspicious
votes or fraudulent activity.
8. Content Removal Rights
Aperix reserves the right to remove content
that violates competition rules or community
standards and may disqualify participants
involved in cheating, fraud, or abusive
behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
Aperix branding, platform design, and system
structure remain the property of Aperix Online
Talent Show. Participants retain ownership
of their original content subject to the
usage rights granted above.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aperix is not responsible for misuse of
content by third parties outside its control,
technical issues affecting uploads or voting,
or loss of data caused by system errors or
platform updates.
11. Agreement
By submitting content, you confirm that you
have read and understood these Terms &
Conditions, agree to the rules stated above,
and consent to Aperix using your content
as described.
